The DAAD offers workshops for aspirants in various subject fields throughout the year. You will find them announced here.

When & where?

Who can apply?

  •  Students of  relevant subject fields who have completed or are pursuing Masters or MPhil
    AND
  • have completed the ‘How to apply for a PhD in Germany – online course’ offered free of cost by Research in Germany. Registration for the course is open and the course takes 6-9 hours to complete. (moodle.daad.de/phd)

How to apply?

Once a workshop is announced, you will be requested to fill up the application form and upload the  documents that include an updated CV, abstract of research proposal and the completion certificate of ‘How to apply for a PhD in Germany – online course’.

Participation in the workshops is subject to selection.
