The DAAD Information Point in Dhaka provides information on study and research in Germany, advises students and academicians on funding opportunities, and assists in building ties between institutions of higher education and research from German and Bangladesh.
Its services include:

- Individual counselling
- Presentations at partner institutions, universities on request
