Sustainable Water Management and Engineering (M.Eng.)

The demand for high quality water is growing constantly and the requirements for a sustainable water management are getting ever more complex. Without a doubt: the availability of clean water in the most diverse places in the world is one of the most pressing future questions of humankind. As a result, new challenges and qualification requirements arise for engineers.
The Master’s program Sustainable Water Management and Engineering (M.Eng.) is designed to meet these challenges and to qualify a new generation of engineers. The program focuses on imparting key competences in management and engineering while also integrating sustainability and digitalization.

Sustainable Textiles (M.Eng.)

You already earned a Bachelor in textile engineering and you feel the need to gain deeper knowledge to understand the global challenge of textile industry? If you are interested in responsible production and environmental protection, in legal regulation and labor rights, our Master’s program in Sustainable Textiles is just right for you.
During your studies, you acquire the skills needed to create (more) sustainable processes in textile chemistry. You develop solutions for non-hazardous alternative chemicals, optimize production processes and conduct research on innovative fibres and finishing’s.

Both Master’s programs run for 3 semesters (1.5 years) and are fully taught in English. With our Green Tech Master‘s programs, you have excellent career opportunities, both in Germany and world-wide. Hof University is an active member of several water and textile-related networks, providing great opportunities for our students for research projects, internships and entry jobs. In addition, we also have own research institutes on campus (Institute for Water and Energy Management, Institute for Materials Science and Institute for Biopolymers and Sustainability).

Our university offers a safe and attractive study environment, especially for international students. As a practice-oriented University of Applied Sciences, the employability of our graduates is the main focus of our teaching. All our professors have at least five years of professional experience in industry.
